DULLES, VA – StoneSprings Hospital Center is pleased to announce that Karen Harris has been appointed as the new Vice President of Quality. In her new role, Ms. Harris will work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop a quality management strategy focused on optimizing healthcare outcomes through performance excellence.
Ms. Harris brings 30 years of healthcare experience to StoneSprings Hospital Center and has served in various healthcare leadership roles throughout her career including her most recent position as Chief Nursing & Quality Officer for UVA Culpepper Hospital. She earned dual Master’s degrees in Nursing and Health System Management from the University of Virginia and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
